All the films used by us are ISO-certified and suitable for direct contact with foodstuffs.

Modern, thermoplastic transparent film. The raw material propylene is a derivate of crude oil. Film properties: heat-sealable, low water vapour permeability, full dimensional stability in the entire climatic range, high puncture resistance, good transparency and surface brilliance.

Zellglas (Nature Flex):
Film made of regenerated cellulose. Helmut Schmidt Verpackungsfolien GmbH is among the few companies which are as much as ever in favour of processing cellophane. Characteristics: Produced from renewable raw materials, certified, biodegradable, antistatic, totally transparent, shiny, foldable, good aroma-sealing qualities, permeable to oxygen and water vapour, printable. Furthermore, coated films are sealable as well, are less permeable to water vapour and have better aroma-sealing qualities.

Plastic films that are used in large quantities in the packaging industry. Film properties: high gas permeability, resistant to acids and alkalis, good stretchability and high flexibility, reliable welding qualities, high water vapour barrier, good low temperature resistance.

Polyester films are used for numerous of flexible film packaging purposes but do not contain softeners. This film resists to very high temperatures, has good aroma-barrier properties and, due to its mechanical strength, can be produced in very thin thicknesses (down to 12 my).

Bleached kraft paper (white):
glued, strong, uncoated paper made of 100% cellulose. Bleached kraft papers are food-safe, recyclable and fully compostable.

Unbleached natron paper (brown):
glued, strong, uncoated, unbleached paper made of 100% cellulose. Unbleached kraft papers are food-safe, recyclable and fully compostable.
